Terms of Use

Last updated: November 3, 2026

By using FANCERT you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

FANCERT helps you count down to concerts, keep memories, follow artists, and share selected events with friends. Setlists, tour dates, and artist images come from third parties and may be incomplete or wrong; always confirm dates and tickets with the official seller.

Subscriptions

FANCERT Premium is billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Free-trial terms are shown at purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Trademarks and third-party content

FANCERT™ and the FANCERT logo are trademarks of EKPK. Artist, tour, venue and promoter names appearing in the app and on fancert.app belong to their owners and are used only to identify the performance in question (nominative use); FANCERT is fan-made and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any artist, label, venue, promoter or ticket seller. Setlists are factual listings sourced from setlist.fm contributors and shown with attribution. Artist images shown inside the app are provided by Apple Music, Spotify or Deezer under their terms and are not reproduced on the public website. Photos on public show pages are posted by the fans who took them, who confirm they have the right to share them; anyone can report a photo from the page itself. If you are a rights holder and believe content infringes your rights, email support@fancert.app with the page link and we will respond within 48 hours and remove infringing material.

Third-party services

Apple Music, Spotify, setlist.fm, Ticketmaster and Deezer have their own terms. Connecting them is optional.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed shows or presales.
